I was landed in 1 epic tier on last TW with cosmobot as the prize but the active passive I've received is totally different with what we suppose to get

I'm sending ticket refering to what Yulun had told all of us to do, in one of the comment in BC global post.

So here's attached the epic I've received. Can it be fixed ASAP will be much appreciated.
