You break my heart as i can't participate the last TVT. It said i dun have a troop but im obviously in the troop. I was in 2 epic tier individual and reaching the 3 epics in this last tvt that i 100% i can do that as I will show u in the screen shot that only little bit trophy to reach up to next tier.

I believe you can clearly see in your records that i spent quiet beautiful amount of gold that can reached me to VIP 5. But why did u do that to me?

Sure u will like compensate my troop with all the energy but if you want to play fair, you should think what you should have compensate me of not letting me play the last TVT and missing my chance getting the third epic!

Hi, sorry for the issues with the last TvT. There was some processing delay due to substantially higher number of users than all other TvTs during the event. However, in most cases no one should have lost trophies. The 0 XP screen is a result of a disconnect causing the battle to register twice, once giving you rewards, once not. And unfortunately, the screen of the latter case is what shows up. However, for this confusion, we’re offering an energy giveaway.
