Dear Pennypop support,

I've heard someone from epic tier has been banned from last event (arena event). And I was rank 101.
From what I've known.. if anyone got banned from the event, the rank will be automatically moved up if the person was banned was higher rank than me. So in this case, the person that has been banned was in epic tier. means I suppose to moved up 1 rank to be rank 100 and entitled to get Epic prize.

If the player was banned before the final leaderboards, then the other players will move up. However, if it happened after the release of the final leaderboards and rewards distribution, we cannot change that outcome anymore.

Sorry for the confusion.

But he was banned cause of hacking durning the event tho that's totally not fair at all.
